The Diamond Longevity Qigong is a composite system consisting of two sets of practices—The Diamond Qigong (External Eight Forms) and The Longevity Qigong (Internal Eight Forms)—which respectively focus on physical conditioning and spiritual cultivation.
The Longevity Qigong cultivates internal skills, nurtures the mind and spirit, and refines the innate primordial qi of the human body.
