Ba Duan Jin is a simple yet effective fitness method. Its movements are relatively straightforward, which mainly exercise all parts of the body through stretching, twisting and breath regulation. The term “Baduan” means that this exercise consists of eight sections of movements, while “Jin” refers to brocade, symbolizing that the exercise movements are graceful, smooth, stretched and poised.🌿
